Sunburst, your relaxing stay.

Sunburst is set on 2 acres in a rural suburb , 15 minutes out of Hobart's CBD, this self contained apartment is yours. You will have your own private entry and it is completely separate to the main house. This Airbnb is the perfect Tassie getaway - it is just a stones throw away (5 mins) from the Cole Valley Winery Route, boutique breweries, and the 7 Mile Beach. The Hobart city centre, including world renowned Salamanca Market are all under 15 minutes away. Port Arthur is only 50 mins away. The space The Airbnb was built first (not by us) then the main house was built second, the Airbnb wraps around the garage in the shape of a L. The garage is not for guest's use and is use by us for storage. Private and separate from the house, with lovely linens. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. Please be aware that the Airbnb is not set up for infants/toddlers as there are no toddler locks on any of the cupboards in the apartment. Very flat area, no steps. New fridge, washing machine and microwave. Fully self contained kitchen. We own 2 very friendly but large dogs (Golden Retriever and Labrador). Guest access You will recieve a message when you book, on how to check in 2-3 days before you arrive. There are several small supermarkets in the area only minutes away with larger supermarkets less than 10 minutes away. We will provide a list of restaurants in the area, which you can find in our guidebook on Airbnb under Sunburst. You are welcome to use our BBQ. Other things to note The bedroom is not large enough to fit a portacot in it along with the bed, if you traveling with a infant. Because we live in a rural suburb we suggest a car is a must, the bus service is not frequent, unless you do lots of walking. Please use only the washing powder supplied. Because we are on Septic (Waste), and we need to know what is going into it. Please DO NOT use Earth Choice brand because they contain Oils , which affect the Biomass of our system. We are engery conscience, so please turn off the lights and heater when you are not in the apartment. When you are away from the apartment, please open the blinds so my plants get some light. It is also a way of heating the apartment, especially during winter. Generally I do NOT supply milk, I found that everyone has their own choice and the milk I was supplying was being wasted.
