Remuera Private Room/ ensuite (As good as a Unit)

Renovated studio with queen & king single bed / your own private ensuite, TV and dining table. Your own access with a courtyard outdoor table & chairs makes it a private space. Remuera is a lovely leafy suburb 5km from CBD. 1min to bus stop. 10 min walk to Remuera Village with cafes/ restaurants & shopping. Train station is 15mins walk . Newmarket is 20 mins walk or 5mins drive. with Westfield Shopping mall largest in NZ, 240 stores with alfresco rooftop dining. The space Our guests say they love the studio and the location and they can sit outside and hear the birds sing. What they love the most is it has its own access so they can come and go. Also good for late check-ins. Let me know if you need to check in after 10pm. Guest access Please note there is a boat in the drive way you will need to walk around it. Light switches are by the Queen bed. I usually leave a light on if you are coming in late - just let me know. We also have a dog but he remains on the deck locked in and does not enter your space. If you see our reviews you will see that Max our dog is quite a character and people do love to meet him. We are not all dog people so I am aware and keep him away.
