A little piece of country

The guest suite is a fully functional one bedroom suite attached to the main house. It is nestled amongst a garden with spectacular views of our beautiful property overlooking a dam where you will see lots of waterbirds and other native birds. The central tablelands are a fantastic area to explore unique landscapes, breathe in fresh air and stretch your legs. The space Located at the back of our main house you will have a seperate entrance and access to the whole, spacious, self contained suite with a queen sized bed and an option of a single mattress on the floor if required. There is a fully functional kitchen with an electric frypan, rice cooker, kettle, fridge, coffee grinder and coffee plunger, crockery and cutlery, but there is no stove top or oven. The bedroom has fresh linen and towels and complementary soap and the bathroom has a bath and shower. In the large walk-in robe you will find coat hangers an iron and ironing board. Guest access The guest suite will feel completely seperate to the rest of the main house even though it is attached. There is a seperate entrance and you will have your own back door that leads out to the garden. Other things to note We also live here too so you might hear or see us doing garden maintenance at any time, we can’t control when cattle moo, our dogs might bark if there is a pesky fox around annoying them and there are always farm jobs in operation so you are likely to hear machinery during stages of your stay too. You will be coming to stay at a fully functioning farm business and our home.
