The house is located in a farmhouse complex in the Tuscan countryside. It consists of two apartments with a shared entrance. The furnishings and spaces are in typical Tuscan style with exposed beams and stone walls. The outdoor area has a veranda, garden and panoramic pool. A car is recommended. In the village of Poggio alla Croce you can find a restaurant that is also a supermarket within walking distance. Services such as post office, bar, gas station are located 5 km from the property. The space The house is a portion of a farmhouse. My parents and I live in one part. The portion I rent is on two levels divided into two apartments with a shared entrance. The ground floor apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The other is on the first floor and consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. In addition, there is a small laundry room on the ground floor. Outside you will have a fenced area for EXCLUSIVE USE with a panoramic swimming pool, veranda with tables, chairs, fridge, hot plate for cooking and barbecue. For children, we have set up a small play area in the garden with a slide, swing, playhouse, and seesaw. Other things to note The linen change is upon request and costs €20 for each change. It is possible to book HORSEBACK RIDING wine tasting, cooking classes, with affiliated facilities not far from the house. There is an excellent restaurant 5 km from the house that also provides delivery service. You can order dinner comfortably from home via QR code.
