Moorland walks and stunning lakes are all within close vicinity and both the North & South coasts are within a 30-40minute drive. The A30 & A38 are also easily accessible via car from the property. The space Set amidst rolling hills and picturesque landscapes, The Wren is perfectly positioned for exploring Cornwall’s treasures. Discover golden sandy beaches, hidden coves and charming fishing villages just a short drive away. After a day of adventure, unwind in the cottage soaking in the surrounding countryside and tranquil location. Bodmin Moor has been designated an International Dark Sky Landscape, confirming its status as one of Cornwall’s star attractions – on a clear night we are so lucky to have wonderful starry scenes in the skies above! Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a solo retreat or a base for your outdoor adventures, The Wren will promise the perfect Cornish experience. The cottage offers one cosy double bedroom downstairs with king size bed, a modern bathroom plus open plan living upstairs. The recent renovations have added contemporary feel and stylish touches ensuring a comfortable and homely stay. Please note that the property is an old barn conversion and stairs do vary in width and depth. The property is semi detached and shares a driveway with the neighbouring property. There is a grassed outdoor area which is available for guests to use and outdoor furniture & BBQ will be provided throughout the summer months. This is not enclosed as the garden is to the side of the property. Parking available for one car. We allow two small dogs or one larger dog. We do kindly ask that your dogs are not left in the cottage unattended at any time. Other things to note This cottage is very popular for guests who are attending weddings at Trevenna Barns. The venue is approximately 4 miles away from the property and takes around 10 minutes to get there by car. Please note, we are very rural here so any taxi's that may be required will have to be booked in advance and we would recommend using the taxi firms based in Bodmin or Liskeard, which are the nearest towns.
