Our location, just a half block from the subway, couldn't be more convenient as a home base from which to explore New York's most popular borough. Calendar - We keep the calendar up to date but advise travelers to always email for availability in the event we have a cancellation. House Rules- Comfort & Quiet - Carroll Gardens House is a private residence. We ask that our guests respect the comfort and quietness of the owners and residents. CGH is NOT a party house. It is a 130 year old brownstone on a quiet tree-lined block. Please keep voices and footsteps low when entering late at night. Smoking Policy – there is absolutely NO smoking in the apartment or outside on the deck. Pets - We do not allow pets. Cancellation Policy – Cancellation within 60 days for a full refund or 30 days for 50% refund. If we book the dates you have canceled we will refund you 100%.
