The space Rental is for one of 4 units within a 2021 renovated quadplex building. Your unit is upstairs on the 2nd floor which is accessible using an interior staircase. The unit is 100% for you and is private from each unit. Your unit has its own kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Each of the 4 units is accessible via a main entrance door to the building and then once inside, 4 units are independently accessible via their own door. The only common passage space between the 4 units is the entrance to the building and the upstairs laundry room. In the laundry room we have two sets of W/D, one for each of the upstairs apartments. Guest access Guests will park directly next to the building. Front entry door will be keypad accessible. Unit will also be keypad accessible. Keypad code will be selected based on your last 4 of phone number and will be discarded upon new guest arrival for your/their safety. Other things to note Laundry units are shared amenities (2 sets of W/D) upstairs with emergency exit through the laundry stairwell.
