Our comfortable holiday home is close to Taupo centre and 1 minute walk down a lane to the lake front at 2 Mile Bay Reserve and boat ramp. You’ll love our place because of the space, location and sun. Our place is good for families as it is spread over two levels. It has a lovely garden for sitting and playing flowing out of the living area. The house is 75 minutes scenic drive to the Whakapapa Ski Field. The space The house is ideal for one or two families. The downstairs sleeps 4 with a king bedroom a twin bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs has a queen bedroom a double bedroom and a single bedroom. There is a new upstairs bathroom. There is also a deck on this level with views. The double bedrooms look out to the lake and greenery beyond. The house is north facing with all day sun. The garden is lovely and fully fenced for children and dogs. There is a lot of heating and electric blankets. There is a big garage with remote control. Guest access You can use the whole house and garden. Other things to note There is a large boat ramp 400 m from the house with lots of parking for the car and trailer while out boating. The boat can be left on the grass outside the property while you are staying. Just make sure it is on the grass not blocking the footpath.
