The property has a heated all year round pool, 2 spas, a sauna, billiards, BBQ areas, and located on the creek. Skiers- walk to the 1 stop (10 minute ride) Copper Mountain bus stop which is on the corner of our street and be at the slopes without the hassle or driving or parking! Settle in next to the wood burning fireplace after a day of fun! The space This space is managed by myself and a professional property management company. We are taking COVID-19 very seriously and we have enhanced cleaning protocol and time between guest and the cleaners. My number one priority is to keep people safe and stop the spread of the virus in our community. The pool and hot tubs are open again from the covid shut down! Guest access The entire condo and private decks will be yours, the common areas are the BBQ area, pool, hot tub, billiards, picnic tables. You will have a private washer and dryer in the unit. Other things to note Please go to the unit #303 on the third floor, you cannot access the unit from the bottom door. Be cozy and warm, but be safe! The fireplace screen and or glass needs to be 100% closed. Sparks do fly onto the carpet. Colorado is a very dry climate. STR license # 010386
