Located in the heart of Zennor, right next to the village postbox, this compact little room offers easy access to both St Ives and Penzance, and with a little patience on the coastal road, you can continue onward to St Just and beyond. Perfect for those travelling light–solo travellers or couples, walkers, climbers, cyclists, and bikers, as well as easygoing ‘all-weather’ folk! You'll be a stones throw from The Tinner's Arms, just a few minutes from the bus stop, with public footpaths a go go. The space This compact little room is, as one guest described, ‘all you need and nothing more!’ The mini kitchen and shower room provide the essentials, while a cosy window provides an airy look out, complete with bar stools. Outside, a weathered bench catches the afternoon sun, the perfect spot to watch the world go by or enjoy a star-filled sky. Though the village can be lively by day, it settles peacefully at night and wakes to bird song. Seconds from The Tinner's Arms and minutes from the bus stop ( 16/16a buses run on a limited timetable ), with endless public footpaths on your doorstep, this is an ideal base for exploring West Penwith. Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a World Heritage Site, you’ll be perfectly placed to explore Cornwall’s stunning, romantic North Coast. Full of ancient sites, quiet moorland, rugged cliffs, beautiful beaches, interesting gardens, galleries, and more. St Ives, Penzance, and the scenic coastal road to St Just are all within easy reach. The little kitchen provides you with a kettle, mini fridge, microwave, and toaster for quick and easy meals, along with essentials like salt, pepper, olive oil. This includes a selection of teas, fresh milk and ground coffee in the fridge, and biscuits. The sofa bed neatly folds away and comes with a comfortable memory foam mattress. Bedding includes wool-filled duvet and pillows from The Wool Room, with 100% cotton bed linen. A folding step is available to access the bedding baskets stored above the shower room. The shower room is compact and tidy, and includes a small heated towel rail. Soft waffle towels and hand towels, also made from 100% cotton, are provided. Bio-D non fragranced shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap are all provided. All linen is washed using Bio-D laundry liquid and conditioner. A wool blanket and cushion are also supplied in a wicker basket for the outside bench, perfect for clear, quiet evenings. Parking for one car is available opposite the property. Please park in the right-hand space of the left-hand parking bay. The separate bay on the right belongs to the neighbouring property. The nearest options for food and basics are in St Ives, including the Co-op, bakeries, and delis. For more choice, supermarkets or local independent shops selling cheese, fresh produce, and health foods, you can head to Penzance and Newlyn. If you’re walking and want to travel light, or simply for convenience, you can request a simple breakfast. For an additional charge, I can provide homemade bread to toast, with jam or marmalade, butter, fruit, yogurt, and honey. Sorry, the space isn’t suitable for dogs, babies, or young children. During your stay I live and work in the connecting property so should you need to be in touch, I'm quietly around and very happy to help. To make you aware, the property has a back entrance with a path to the side of the let. This is in constant use. Other things to note Please note that the property uses a septic tank, and kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage during their stay. For your convenience, disposal bags are provided for any sanitary items, which should not be flushed.
