Its 100 m2, its large living room with fireplace, will put you at ease, its two bedrooms as well as a large slender kitchen, complete the rooms of this family place. Finally, a separate toilet and bathroom (shower + 2 sinks). A 250 m² garden and a small terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. The space Charming family home, spacious & rustic (stone and wood), it has a very beautiful main room that opens onto the kitchen, itself overlooking a small terrace that opens onto the garden area. You have the option to park on the street or inside the garden. The proximity of the small town center, with its many shops and services (Train Station, Bus, Restaurants, Snack, Caterer, Cinema, Post Office, Bar-Tobacconist, Pharmacy, Beautician, Hairdresser... bike rental, florist, supermarket, bakeries, greengrocer, butcher/caterers & Tourist Office...) as well as the beach and harbor (armchair and stroller access) with many games for children, bocce court, Le Limon restaurant overlooking the beach, surf kit area during high tides & Fishing on foot at low tide! Paddleboard rental, canoeing, kayaking.. The coastal path and bike paths pass along the beach and the small port that you have to go up to find La Hume train station. You can enjoy or take oysters, mussels & seafood on the harbor, with the three delicious cabins with different atmospheres: Cap au offshore, Chai Nina & Les riches d 'Arguin. You can also board for Cap Ferret via the shuttle on the port pier, when the tide allows, by booking your places at the tourist office at la hume. The location is ideal and allows you to do a lot nearby by walking, cycling or train! We are spoiled with the excellent Bistrot 50, a gourmet bistro that is 30 meters from the house, and many other restaurants and snack bars nearby (Le Limon facing the beach; then in the center of the neighborhood: Vitelli and its Italian specialties; the chef is a woman; the wood-fired Kebab/Pizza, Dolce Gusto; CSiBon with its delicious brunches and meals, La Rotisserie du Sud-Ouest, Le Cabanon, etc.) as well as many artisans (Maison Perreau: excellent cheesemaker, Les Petits Plats: caterer, Maison Fourteau, excellent chocolatier :) Further 5 minutes by car you will arrive at the leisure area: Tennis, Pool/Spa, Golf, Beetle Animal Park, Kid-Park, Laser-Game, Mini-golf, AcroBranche, Skate-park, Casino, Bowling to end on Lake Magdelaine where you can take donkey rides and picnic in the shade looking at ducks and geese. Bed linen and tea towels are provided. the HOUSEKEEPING FEE includes the care of the BEDDING as well as the various linens, house fabrics (calculation of the rate applied by the laundry), as well as the occupancy TAXES and the cleaning time. At low tide, the landscape is different when the sea recedes: you can walk in the esteys, take your nets and discover the fauna and flora that are revealed. Fishing is consciously practiced: panels are installed specifying what types, sizes and maximum proportions to bring back... and precautions to take (beware of mudflats with risk of getting stuck). At high tide, you can swim, take out your canoes, paddle or kit surf, kites are also great when the wind blows, the place is ideal.
