Luxury off-grid waterside glamping pod, farm stay

The Mezzanine Pod at Bragenham Farm: situated in a tranquil waterside location overlooking a large wildlife pond with no other units close by. It is flooded with natural daylight thanks to the large glazed doors and porthole windows. Maximum occupancy 2, adults only. No pets. Fully off-grid, solar panels power all lighting and kitchen appliances. The bedroom is on a mezzanine level, accessed via spiral steps. Three excellent pubs within walking distance, great walks close by (forest and canal) The space The pod is an open space with a living area, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. The bedroom is on a mezzanine level, accessed via a rustic spiral staircase. Guest access Parking is close to the farmhouse and a short walk to the pod. Unfortunately due to the terrain and to protect the habitat we don't allow guests to drive to the pod. However we will happily transport your belongings for you. This property is on a working farm. Apart from the public footpath and top field, the farm is not open to the public so please do not enter other areas of the farm. This includes the yard, buildings and other fields. Other things to note ⚠️We don't offer self check in ⚠️ Adults-only ⚠️ No smoking, candles or inside or outside the property ⚠️ No pets The pod is off-grid but has been set up to provide lighting and power to make your stay comfortable. There is no Wifi at the site. As the pond is managed for wildlife, we do not allow swimming or fishing. There might be sheep grazing on land adjacent to the property. The pod is in a private setting of a few acres and is surrounded by trees. In support of biodiversity we try to avoid chemical pest controls and you may see a few insects during your stay. The ecosystem on the farm includes some amazing natural pest controllers: swallows that migrate here every year and dragonflies.
