Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely house (150 sqm) is close to several attractions in Louredo such as the Ponte de São Gonçalo and Trilho das Azenhas! The train station is a few minutes' walk from the house, allowing guests to explore the city with ease. This house is designed with large living and dining areas and a separate kitchen area that also has its own dining space. The house has a large sofa, a widescreen smart TV to watch all your favorite programs thanks to different streaming options and a dining table large enough to accommodate eight people, The kitchen is fully equipped with the pots and cutlery needed to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal, including a barbecue, a microwave and a coffee machine. The house also has a washing machine and an ironing set, if necessary. The four bedrooms feature a mix of double beds and single beds, complete with hotel-quality linen for maximum comfort. The four bathrooms contain everything you need to freshen up, such as a hairdryer. For your convenience, fresh towels will also be provided. There is also a private terrace and a swimming pool with seating areas where you can relax and enjoy a breathtaking view. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
