The space My home is located on .74 acre in a quiet residential neighborhood near Milford, Delaware. The private upstairs room includes a comfortable double bed, dedicated workspace, sitting area, ample storage, and high-speed Wi-Fi—well suited for traveling healthcare professionals, business travelers, contractors, remote workers, and longer stays. High-speed Wi-Fi has been tested in the bedroom at approximately 160–180 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload. The home offers a full kitchen, washer and dryer, first-floor powder room, spacious living areas, deck, fenced backyard, and ample driveway parking. There is no television in the bedroom. I operate a private wellness business from a dedicated enclosed room on the first floor. Business activity remains separate from the upstairs guest area. Bayhealth Hospital Sussex Campus and PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital Sussex Campus are both located in Milford, and Beebe Healthcare in Lewes is approximately 21 miles away. The upstairs full bathroom is primarily for guest use. If the second Airbnb bedroom is also occupied, the bathroom will be shared with that guest. The garage and owner’s private areas are not included. During your stay I live in the home and operate my business from a separate first-floor space, so my availability varies throughout the day. When I am not in a session or on a call, I generally respond quickly through Airbnb messaging. I am friendly and happy to interact, but I also respect guests who prefer privacy and independence—especially those staying for work or for longer periods.
