Combined dining/lounge with wood heater for snug winter nights, and in the balmy summer nights enjoy the wrap around verandas on two sides of the house. The first bedroom is located downstairs with a queen and the upstairs loft area offers 2 comfortable double beds with ceilaing fan and air-conditioning. The large main bedroom leads off the loft area and offers a king size bed. Quaint bay window seats allow some quiet time to reflect and relax. Sleeping a maximum of 8 guests this holiday home also offers a smart flat screen TV with free Wi-Fi so you can stream your favourite services. An outside shower to wash off the salt and sand after a day at the beach and the fully fenced yard is perfect for young children and the family pet. With only a minutes walk to beaches, restaurants, local store, jetty, swimming enclosure and all other amenities, means you can park the car, stop and recharge the batteries and enjoy the laid back ambiance of Amity. Off Street parking is available. Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels! Please note, the shed is NOT available to guests.
