Karlson's apartment

Karlson apartment(house) is located near Liepaja centre(30 min walking to the beach) in separate building. Closest located Liepaja olimpic center (Pool&SPA, Manege, Ice hall), supermarket, in Raiņa park-childrens playground, tram track and Liepaja bus station. Free parking place on territory. The space This is 50m2 apartment in separate(on one territory with my house and company who specialized on fire and work safety) building with double bed and children bed in bedroom, living room with big sofa more than 2 people to stay and fireplace for more romantic moments, shower room with toilet bowl and kitchen. Can add one more mattress to the floor(the best options is 4 adult and 2 kids). In both rooms are big closets for all your clothing. Territory arrea need to be closed overnight(keys are available). Little bit noisy- from main street(Brivibas street) traffic. Guest access Grill are aviable on request. Smoking area outside. Other things to note I'm living in neighbor house at the same territory(inner yard). At territory located company(my company) that works at weekdays from 8:10-17:00. Please do not enter the room with shoes! Please leave apartments clean for next persons. Please take out the garbage bag yourself. By booking and arriving at the apartment, inspecting it, you agree that there is no visible damage!!! In case of damage you must notify me before check out.
