This listing is for an entire place with attached bathrooms as part of a beautiful 4 bedroom house around the cliffs of Madikeri. The place is 2.4 km away from Madikeri town. Its located at Mekeri on Madikeri-Virajpet road. Please note that maps might show a detour which is not required. We do have BSNL fiber-net Wi-Fi connection, since its hilly area we do have disconnection issues at times. WFH individuals please check before booking and set your expectations right. The space This place was built recently by a famous architect from Bangalore with lot of attention given to natural elements while building the house. Hand made Athangudi tiles for the flooring, a wooden staircase made out of rosewood, fireplace to stay warm on a cold winter night and a sloping roof with underlining false ceiling of Mangalore tiles adds to the rustic beauty of this house. Guest access Bedroom in ground floor is accessible only if there are elderly guests or total guests are more than 6, else it would be locked. Our guests are free to move around the house. When accompanied with kids we give access to the kitchen. Since the house is built in high altitude area please be careful while using stairs and balcony. Other things to note 1. Currently, we don't have a TV in each of the bedrooms and we have it in a common place. 2. All bedrooms do not have AC's, we have a ceiling fan for all the rooms which we feel adequate for Kodagu weather. 3. Wi-Fi and Ethernet is newly installed through BSNL. The speed for office work is quite good and stable at the moment. In- case something goes wrong with Wi-Fi or ethernet please don't consider that for your review. These are somethings which are beyond our control. 4. Cook is available on demand - if you need lunch or dinner please let us know. 5. If you need to use kitchen - extra fee would be charged. 6. If you are planning for campfire - firewood charges need to be paid extra. 7.
