The 180 sqm loft consists of an approx. 90 sqm living room with open kitchen and dining area, 4 bedrooms (extra bed/crib possible), marble bathroom with shower, tub and toilet and separate guest toilet. Two of the bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed, one of which is 180 cm wide, one bedroom with 2 separate beds. Each room is individually and comfortably furnished, so you can retreat and relax according to your personal needs. A small, selected library invites you to browse. A play corner awaits the little ones. Enjoy life in nature on the spacious garden terrace in front of the large living room and on another terrace by the stream, which can be accessed directly from the kitchen and from one of the bedrooms. Extra beds can be set up. On the outskirts of Peterfecking, nestled in a large horse meadow, is our loft-like apartment. It has a separate entrance on the ground floor, is 180 sqm, equipped for 2 - 6 people and is completely threshold-free. You can park comfortably in our spacious courtyard. A lockable bicycle garage is available. Dogs are welcome. From Saal-Peterfecking there are many possibilities for excursions and sightseeing. Thermal baths with spa facilities (Bad Abbach, Bad Gögging, about 12 km), fun baths and a golf course (10 km) are nearby. Excursion destinations include the Altmühl Valley, Kelheim with the Liberation Hall, Weltenburg Abbey with the Danube Gorge, the Hallertau and the Bavarian Forest. Castles, caves, breweries, beer gardens invite you to explore. In the vicinity are Regensburg (World Heritage Site, about 20 km), Ingolstadt, Passau, Czech Republic.
