This former sheepfold is located in a mountain village at 1238 meters above sea level in the middle of a nature reserve. You can enjoy: many hikes, various pastoral activities (sheep cheese, mohair wool and livestock), a listed 12th century church and a renowned restaurant (Michelin guide). Located 12 km from Saint-Lary-Soulan, close to the Néouvielle Nature Reserve, two seaside resorts and Spain. Ideal place for nature lovers! The space 140 m2 cottage with all the comforts: dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer, iron, fryer, TV, Wi-Fi... THE COTTAGE CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 12 PEOPLE: BEDROOM 1: - 1 bed of 160 cm BEDROOM 2: stunning valley views! - 1 bed 140 cm - 1 120 cm bed DORMITORY: - 1 bed of 140 cm in an alcove with a curtain that separates it from the dormitory - 1 bed 140 cm - 2 beds 90 cm All beds are fitted with pillows (70 x 70) and duvets, 2 pillows per person. The boat net will allow young and old to enjoy the relaxation area. 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the second with a walk-in shower. 3 toilets: one per bathroom and one independent. The LARGE PANORAMIC TERRACE of 20 m2 is equipped with a gas plancha and 2 outdoor tables, ideal for enjoying the view! We provide dish towels, mops, bath mats. No cleaning fee is added, so it is imperative to return the house to the same clean condition in which you found it. Guest access In winter, remember to bring chains for vehicles, we are at an altitude on a mountain road, they could prove very useful!!! Other things to note A raclette and fondue set is available to you. Possibility of having other equipment available on request (baby carrier, stroller, sleds, snowshoes with supplement etc.), provision of two high chairs, a booster seat, a changing table and a baby bath circle. Bed linen and towels are not provided, we can possibly rent them to you. Being on site, we do not accept noisy or festive evenings. You are asked to bring your slippers. Please note, a cleaning fee of 150 euros will be charged if the cleaning is not done on departure (cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen toilet, dishes tidy and clean, cleaning of the hob and oven etc...... cleaning of floors (vacuum cleaner and mop) etc....
