Family friendly holiday home near the beach

Clowberry Cottage is a converted barn set in a beautiful farm location on the edge of Wembury. The barn once housed cows but now is a comfortable and well equipped cottage which is accessible for disabled guests. Traine Farm is located on the edge of the village with Wembury Beach in walking distance following footpaths through the farm which link up with the South West Coast Path. Facilities include a laundry room, play area and indoor games room. The space Clowberry Cottage is a light and airy space, perfect for an extended family. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a downstairs double bedroom and a wet room including shower, separate bath, WC and basin with grab rails. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a double bed and two singles. There's a seating area and parking in front of the cottage. Guest access Clowberry Cottage is one of four barn conversion holiday cottages on site. Other things to note The cottage is one of four holiday cottages on site. The owner lives on site and there is another property let out long term. Please be courteous to neighbouring guests. There are chickens and ducks on site. One dog can be permitted but only by prior arrangement. It must be under control at all times and not left in the property by itself.
