Villa located in Arenella, a seaside area of Syracuse just 12 minutes' walk from the sea, newly renovated Divided into 2 apartments with independent access, the one for rent is ideal for 2 or 4 people, with 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor kitchen, the other apartment is inhabited by the owner. The villa has a garden with exotic palm trees and an orchard, and a garden with only cacti, free indoor parking. The area is well-served, with bars, restaurants, and beaches. The space Vacation home Guest access Guests can enter the villa by car from the main gate and will find access to the apartment from the patio with outdoor kitchen/laundry. They can enjoy the garden that surrounds the property and the various seating areas scattered around to relax and enjoy the environment. * Airport transfer available Other things to note My family and I live in the same villa but with independent access and 2 separate entrances. My guests enjoy their independence and privacy, the rooms are well insulated and you don't hear any noise between the 2 apartments. Only the parking lot is shared. * Please note Syracuse: The accommodation tax is not included in the rate. The tourist tax is equal to 4% of the value of the room price (breakfast included) net of VAT. The tax is per day and per person, up to a maximum of 5 euros per day per person and for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. It is not applicable to children under 14 years of age and adults over 80 years of age. For further exemptions, please refer to the Municipal Regulations.
