Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, one queen bed and one full bed, 1 bath, and a well-stocked kitchen. The yard is fenced and includes a table and chairs in our covered gazebo. We have great neighbors! A mile to local hot mineral springs, restaurants, and shops. Small enough to be cozy, big enough to be comfortable! Bring one small pet for a $25 fee! This si plenty of on-street parking for trailers. Very close to downtown Truth or Consequences and the hot mineral springs! Explore the surrounding area, Elephant Butte Lake, local ghost towns, museums, art galleries, and the Bosque del Apache Wildlife refuge! Additionally, the house can accommodate one small well behaved dog. We have a $25 pet fee for up to one week. For longer stays, the pet fee is $50. You have access to the whole house, the yard, the beautiful labyrinth, covered patio with outdoor furniture, front porch chairs, a garage, washer and dryer. There is a gas grill (in the garage) . You are close to hot springs, golf, restaurants and 15 minutes from Elephant Butte Lake. We live in Albuquerque, if you need anything you can call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Mi casa es su casa! Friendly folks, both of our neighbors' next door and across the street are helpful and friendly, and keep an eye on things! The neighborhood is pleasant, safe, and a short distance to downtown and hot springs. There are wonderful art galleries, a craft brewery and interesting folks all around town! Check out the great little shops downtown and T or C museum! Easy walking distance to main streets, restaurants and hot mineral springs. Driving distance to Elephant Butte State Park, Caballo Lake State Park and Caballo Percha State Park and the old mining town of Winston. It's an hour north to the Bosque del Apache Wildlife Refuge. Its an hour plus drive to Las Cruces, Mesilla and the Organ Mountains. There is lots to see here in Southern New Mexico!!! Come stay with us! You are welcome to bring a pet.
