A relaxing getaway located in a rural setting on 6 acres 5 minutes drive from Alstonville village, 20 minutes from Ballina, 30 minutes to Lennox Head and 40 minutes to Byron Bay. The 2 bedroom suite has it's own sitting/TV room, kitchen/dining area with cooking and tea/coffee making facilities and it's own private deck with BBQ facilities. There is a private three-way bathroom which includes a large bathtub for that relaxing bath. Easy off street parking. The space The accommodation is separated from the main part of the house making it it's own private self contained area. Guests can step out their front door and enjoy a relaxing afternoon drink while watching the sun set, stroll around the back and relax by the pool area or enjoy a BBQ on your own private deck.. Chickens free range on the property with sheep and alpacas next door. A tranquil neighborhood with minimal traffic. Guest access Guests have their own entry with a keypad which allows them to come and go as they please. A code is issued after finalising the booking and close to arrival. Other things to note We want all our guests to enjoy their stay. A no smoking, no party policy ensures this for everyone. Guests are welcome to use the hosts laundry should they need. For long stays we recommend guests supplying their own detergent. Use of host clothes line is welcome. The guest suite is supplied with a smaller clothes airer for convenience.
