Gîte / Studio of 64m² for max. 4 pers. with beautiful panoramic views and common salt pool, not heated (July and August) If you like peace and quiet and nature where you can hike and mountain bike, then this is the ideal place for you. The space Equipped kitchen with all the necessities, kitchen towels to be provided by yourself. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels are to be provided by yourself. Living room with TV+DVD, movies available. (no cable TV) 2 open bedrooms (studio type, no doors) Bedroom 1 - double bed of 1.60x200, bed linen provided. Bedroom 2 - Two single beds of 90x200, bed linen provided. Terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views. Equipped with table and chairs, lounge, relaxing chairs. Shared swimming pool and garden. (Swimming pool only in July and August) Guest access This gîte/studio is private for the tenant and is located next to the owner's home, the large entrance hall, the swimming pool and the garden are common. The communal swimming pool is shared with the owner and other guests. Other things to note - Shower soap and shampoo to be provided by yourself. - Towels for the bathroom are to be provided by yourself. - Bath towels for the swimming pool are to be provided by yourself. - Kitchen towels, sponges, dishcloth, dishwashing detergent to be provided by yourself. - Toilet paper is provided for the first day. - During the winter months, the gîte is heated with a wood stove. -Air conditioning in option (€5 per night 6 p.m. - 1 a.m.) -Swimming pool with salt, not heated. - We have pets, 2 dogs and 2 cats.
