Gîte / Studio 64m² for max. 4 people with a beautiful panoramic view of Najac and a communal swimming pool, not heated. (no TV by satellite) 2 open bedrooms (studio type, no doors) Bedroom1 -double bed of 1.60x200, bed linen available Bedroom2 -two single beds of 90x200, bed linen available Terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view. Equipped with table and chairs, lounge, recliners. Communal pool. (swimming pool only in July and August) Guest access This gîte/studio is private for the tenant and is located next to the owner's house, the large entrance hall, swimming pool and garden is common. You share the communal swimming pool with the tenant and other guests. Other things to note -Provide shower gel and champo yourself. -Provide your own towels, kitchen towels ect... -Toilet paper provided for the first day. -In winter the gîte is haeted with a wood burning stove. -Air conditioning in option (5 € per evening 6 pm - 1 am) -We have pets, 2 dogs and 2 cats.
