The Painter Room is a romantic suite of 30 square meters on the upper floor of Villa Casafredda, an heritage Tuscan farmhouse & Art Residency operated by friendly hosts Michela & Sergio. The unit is accessible through the upper floor living room, and is composed by a lovely private lounge, a charming bedroom with canopied bed & a spacious private bathroom with crystal shower. Pure romance in the quite of the Tuscan countryside, yet five minutes drive from the medieval city walls of Arezzo. The space The Painter Rooms are an ideal solution for a couple looking for a romantic escape in the Tuscan countryside, immersing themselves in the rural, yet comfortable simplicity of a genuine farmhouse. WiFi, safe, frigobar, kettle, mugs and wine glasses are available in the unit. All the outdoor areas in internal common lounges may be shared with other guests of the villa. The very large property's spaces guarantee good privacy and full respect of social distancing measures. Guest access all outdoor and indoor common areas of the agriturismo During your stay We permanently live in a separate part of the house, running the farm, taking care of the beloved garden, olive grove, lavender field and obeying our two cats, who have allowed us to stay here :) We are always available for anything necessary to make your Tuscan experience smooth and unique. Cooking classes, dining experiences, wine tastings and Italian classes are part of our daily hurly-burly. Other things to note Breakfast (included in the nightly rate) is served from 8 am till 10.30 am in the ground floor common dining lounge, and includes fresh seasonal fruit, home made cake and jams, yogurt, cereals, and eggs any style. Lunches and dinners are available on demand: with a short notice, we will be happy to spoil you with simple, yet delicious regional dishes prepared with passion, and with the focus on quality local organic ingredients. There are only three more units made available for rental: including this room, there will be no more than 8 guests at the same time in the property.
