A wonderful vacation property nestled in the historic district of Point Chautauqua, located on New York's Lake Chautauqua. This comfortable and cozy cottage is a wonderful spot for your getaway. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and lake views from the enclosed porch. Take a few steps down a path to the private community beach and children’s play area. Guests also have access to our private dock, row boat and the community tennis court. Guests will have access to the whole house with the exception of the basement , attic & garage. We enjoy making certain that our guests enjoy a great week at the lake. We are available by phone, text, and email. Point Chautauqua is on the National Historic Register as a Frederick Law Olmsted designed community. Highly walkable community with sweeping lake views. Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles . No on street parking. 3 bedrooms off the hall with the 4th bedroom being a single bed that is accessed via the large front bedroom. Summer rentals are full weeks only, Saturday to Saturday
