One One Five Apartment (2 Bedroom Apt)

Gorgeous modern recently renovated basement apartment. We designed and built this basement apartment in 2020 for Airbnb guests. We have amazing feedback from our time on Airbnb in a number of properties. The whole apartment is exclusively yours. We live in the house above to assist your group if needed. Sleeps up to 4 in 2 double beds. Children are welcome however we have there is a flight of stairs to access the apartment. The space We offer 2 bedrooms, a large family bathroom and an open plan living room/kitchen/dining area. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and access to the patio. Bedroom 2 has a double TV bed. Quality towels and toiletries are provided. The nearest supermarket is less than 2 minute drive away. There are plenty of local cafes and restaurants to suit all budgets in the local area. Guest access You have exclusive use of the whole apartment. Access to the apartment is through a flight of stairs so it may not suitable for people with young children, elderly people or people with mobility problems. Access is by key code on the side gate. Other things to note As we don't smoke or have pets ourselves we unfortunately don't allow smoking or have pets in the house
