A new building based on original colonial Granary,full of character, within the grounds of Gunyah Country Estate. Very quiet relaxing in the country by MtHutt on Inland Scenic Route SH 72, by Lake Coleridge and Rakaia Gorge in the beautiful South Island of New Zealand. It is a house set up with all you need. One bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has twin singles and there is also a bed for a 5th person in a corner of the sitting room. The space An open plan kitchen dining, sitting room, with an extra single bed there, two upstairs bedrooms: one with king bed, one with twin singles. Bathroom with underfloor heating. Deck off sitting room, outdoor table, chairs, logburner, tv, all that you need in your holiday home. Plenty of space outside for children to play in! Guest access Parking is by the building- we are n a rural location so totally safe!
