With two living areas, a spacious entertainers balcony, and a secure backyard, this home is designed for relaxation and connection. Local cafés, top dining spots, and Fleurieu wineries are just a short drive away, giving you the best of both coastal living and regional indulgence. The space Step upstairs to the heart of the home, where an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space opens out onto a wide balcony. Perfect for alfresco dining, evening drinks, or soaking in the salty sea air, this space is made for unwinding together. The master bedroom is also on this level, complete with a private ensuite and an additional powder room for convenience. Downstairs, you’ll find a second living area with its own kitchenette—ideal for families or groups who need extra space. This lounge also includes a queen-size sofa bed (please bring your own sheets and doona if you wish to use it). A queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of single bunks provide comfortable sleeping options, serviced by a central family bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead straight from the downstairs living space to the backyard, where kids can enjoy the lawn while the adults fire up the BBQ. The secure yard makes this property family-friendly, and with prior approval, one well-behaved dog can join you for beach walks and backyard fun. Whether you’re looking to hit the surf, explore the local wine region, or simply spend quality time with your favourite people, this Middleton retreat is set up for easy, enjoyable holidays.
