Yellow house near the chocolate factory :)

The room is in a FAMILY HOUSE and there are TWO DOGS living in the house! Our house is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It takes no more than a 5 minute train ride to get to the very center of the city, and 20 minutes by tram and both options are at walking distance (under 10 min). There is a chocolate factory nearby and sometimes it makes the whole neighborhood smell like chocolate, and a supermarket 5 mins walk away from here. Our dogs are friendly and love people :) The space It is a private room on the ground floor just next to the entrance, there is small shared bathroom just next to it. The room has a big window and it is on the north side so it doesn't heat up from the sun. The temperature in the house can never be very hot so keep it in mind and dress properly and adequately for the season we are in. There is a comfortable single bed and a double bed, there is a work area, and there is a huge wonderful bookshelf with various books in Croatian, English, Ukrainian and German languages. Also a small wardrobe, a fridge and a kettle for you to use inside the room. Guest access Your room is located on the ground floor, in front of the house there is a parking space if you need it. In the room you have a kettle and a fridge if you need to boil water to make coffee or tea or store something. We only have 1 kitchen in the house and it is not accessible to guests. Our Laundry Washing Machine is private and not available for guests to use. We can provide recommendations for Laundry rooms in the city. During your stay We are available through the AirBnB inbox pretty much always, but are also available on the phone (SMS, IM apps, e-mail). If you have just arrived and are in front of the front door please do not call but just ring the bell. We are 3 people living here and two friendly medium-sized dogs Tena and Misha. Everybody is very sociable, me and my boyfriend are both travelers and speak English, Italian, Spanish and Ukrainian. My dad doesn't speak English very well but he can communicate if you will need something and he likes people so that also makes it easier. :) Please understand that this is a family house and that it has a house atmosphere, the dogs bark, there are people walking in and out of the house and we have quiet hours between 22:00-07:00. If you are afraid or allergic to dogs maybe our accommodationis not the bes option for you. Other things to note This is a family house, meaning that we live here our daily life and we expect from our guests to behave like they would with their own house, with respect and in a sustainable way. Please use the resources (electricity, water, heating) taking into consideration we have only one planet Earth :) Please keep in mind that we are all together in the house so try to keep all surfaces clean in the common areas such as bathrooms and the corridor. In the common spaces don't leave anything behind you that you wouldn't want to find. Also vent out the room at least 20 min every day since it is a house and like every house it breathes and needs freshness. Turn on the dehumidifier when you are not in the room so it balances out the moist in the room.
