The space THE RAMP: The 95m² large apartment in the old Gründerzeit building has been freshly renovated and has due to the rear location on the 3rd floor and side view of a green park absolute privacy and feel-good atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with high quality designer furniture and has a spacious living room, two separate bedrooms and a wonderful open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and all common kitchen utensils. In the living room there is an HD TV with cable TV & Netflix account. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is of course available throughout the apartment. In the living room there is a dining table with enough space for a cozy dinner. The 11m² large and very private balcony - which can be accessed from the living room - overlooks a quiet, green park and invites you to linger on warm days as well as evenings. The apartment has two spatially separated bedrooms with space for up to three guests. The master bedroom is very spacious with 25m² and is equipped with a double bed (160x200cm) and a beautiful closet with more than enough space for your whole closet. In addition, you have the possibility to set up your workspace at a small desk. The second bedroom is 11m² in size. It has a single bed (70x200cm) and an equally beautiful large closet. It is perfect for accompanying children or even an adult. The very spacious bathroom is equipped to a high standard and has a Villeroy & Boch bathtub, a separate shower, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Also an iron, ironing board and clothes horse are of course available for you. In addition, there is a separate toilet from the bathroom in the apartment. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, Nespresso espresso machine, electric cattle, tableware and cutlery, pots and pans, kitchen utensils etc.. All important utensils for a common breakfast, for extensive cooking dinners or the preparation of a quick snack between meals. BALCONY (11 sqm) Smoking is only permitted on the balcony - an ashtray is available. Please use the ashtray which will be emptied after your check-out. No Smoking permitted inside. BATHROOM The large bathroom is equipped with a Villeroy & Boch bathtub and a separate spacious shower. You will find sufficient towels as well as toilet paper and hand soap ready. We also consider it important to inform you that our apartment is registered with the City of Vienna as a tourist apartment and of course we also pay the tourism tax to the City of Vienna.
