‘Walpole Heights’ is a beautiful 2-bed apartment 1min from the sea & Walpole tidal pool & a 15min stroll to Margate Old Town @walpole_heights The space A beautifully renovated flat with 2 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and a fabulously well finished kitchen, dining and living area. One bedroom offers an additional single bed that can be used for extra guests or children - this must be requested to be set up prior to arriving and will incur additional laundry charges. Plus there's plenty of child-friendly features and amenities. An added bonus is the Snug space out the back with heaps of soft furnishings for kids or adults to escape and relax in. This space also has a dedicated working area with a desk, monitor (incl. keyboard and trackpad), ergonomic desk chair and WiFi booster for excellent connectivity. Lots of storage, plenty of space and a great cozy, place to come home to whether summer or winter. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you would like the additional single bed set up for you, the travel cot or the high chair too. Guest access Secure, dedicated access to the flat with free parking directly outside the property. Other things to note Well behaved, house-trained dogs are welcomed - just not on the furniture please. No Cats please due to allergies. Please let us know in advance if you need the extra single bed making up in one of the bedrooms. Please note this is a ‘put up bed’ & best for children under 16yrs. Please kindly remember to pack bedding suitable for the travel cot if required. Given the children of different ages have varying requirements, it can be challenging to anticipate each parents specific needs. Note- we hope everything is satisfactory on arrival any issues need to be communicated through the Airbnb portal straight away and we can try our best to rectify the issue immediately Please be aware that our strict cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of the reason for your cancellation. If you are unable to attend and we secure another booking in your place, we will refund the cancellation fee, minus any applicable Airbnb charges.
