Two little houses located in a complex in the Es Mal Pas area, a quiet area surrounded by pine trees The closest town is S. Francisco Xavier which is the capital of the island and is 3 km away. The port of La Savina is 7 km away and Es Pujols 10 km away. 200 meters from Migjorn beach, in a small cove, the open beach is about 1km away. The space Description: Full kitchen open to the living room equipped with: cutlery, crockery, pot, pan, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave... Living room with sofa, air conditioning and TV Full bathroom with shower 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds each) with a wardrobe to store clothes WI-FI Large shared terrace in the 2 houses separated by a low wall, outdoor sofa to enjoy the tranquility outside Change of sheets and cleaning once a week, towels twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights) Basic clothing (sheets, 1 sink towel and 1 shower towel for each occupant) cot and high chair with charge (€4 per night each item) Guest access No type of food will be left in the accommodation, including oil, salt, sugar... Courtesy toilet paper, only one roll will be left per arrival Balleta and scourer included in the kitchen, cleaning products will be paid by the guest. Other things to note Cancellation Policy on base price (service fee not included): - From the moment of the reservation to 31 days before arrival, if the reservation is canceled after 48 hours of the 1st payment there will be a management fee of € 60. - From 30 days before to 8 days before 50% - From 7 days the penalty will be 100% If the arrival is after 22:00, the delivery of the keys will have a supplement of € 25 to be paid at the time of delivery. f you want the key to be delivered to you at noon between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., this out-of-hours delivery has a supplement of €25. Will be requested: Email address to the legal formalization of the booking and sending the definitive documentation for the collection of apartment keys. A complete ID photo of all the occupants of the house will be requested, including if they are minors, according to law RD933/2021. We need a contact telephone number that you bring to Formentera and arrival and departure times, in order to organize the delivery and collection of the keys. City tax not included in the price of the room. City tax will be charged upon arrival. Children under 16 years old are exempt of city tax. City tax costs 0,55€ tax included per person per day from 1st November to 30th April. City tax costs 2,20€ tax included per person per day from 1st May to 31st October.
