Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the main hacienda, the separate two-storey studio, and the surrounding private grounds. The property spans 17 acres, offering plenty of space to relax and explore. Parking is available on site, with easy access to the beach, national park walking tracks and Crescent Head town. The natural waterhole is located approximately 50 metres from the main house and is accessible to guests. This is a natural, unfenced environment and is used at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Other things to note Casa Mio is a large, rustic character home set within a natural coastal environment. As with many rural and character properties, some features reflect its relaxed, lived-in style rather than a modern hotel finish. Wildlife, insects and changing weather conditions are part of the experience. The natural waterhole is unfenced and is used at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. The property is suitable for families, groups and approved events only. Parties, functions or gatherings outside of agreed bookings are not permitted.
