Our house starboard is one of 4 terraced houses of the holiday resort "Mein Fleckchen Rügen" in a quiet, waterfront location. It has its own entrance over the large terrace and from there a beautiful wide view over the 12000 sqm plot. The 60m ² house is divided into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which captivates with historic beams. On the ground floor is also the spacious shower room/toilet. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms. The space A 3-design sofa (BRÜHL) can be converted into a wide bed with one handle (extra bed, bookable from 4 people at an extra cost). Together with the lovingly refurbished, historic country house armchairs, the rustic dining group and the many original watercolors with motifs of the area, you will feel completely at home from the first minute. If you want to take work on your vacation or even just to plan excursions, you will be happy about the new workspace (is not yet photographed). Bedroom 1 on the upper floor is equipped with a wide double bed and a baby bed as well as a spacious wardrobe. The wide view from the dormer windows over the garden, the pastures to the gentle ridge in front of the Bodden is beautiful. In the evening, you can count the stars in the clear sky. There is no light pollution on Rügen. Bedroom 2 is usually used as a children's room. One of the two wooden beds has a drawer to pull out and thus offers a comfortable third sleeping place as an extra bed (can be booked from 4 people at an extra cost) Towels and sheets (sheets, covers, normal 1.35 wide x 2 m long) are best to bring your own. In the Westrügen area there is unfortunately no good and affordable laundry service. However, if you want to pack less, it is possible for our service to put out bed linen and towels (not covered). The cost of laundry provision is: €20.00 per person per stay for a bed linen set. €15.00 per person per stay for a towel set (towel, bath towel). You will then receive a payment request via Airbnb. Please let us know in your email if you'd like to book this. Please also specify if smaller crib covers are needed. Your children will feel comfortable. On the extensive property there is a playground with slide, swings, playhouses and large playground. For the big ones, there's plenty of space to sunbathe and quiet retreats with a good book. The large, partially covered barbecue area is available for all guests and not only offers protection from a shower, but you also have your children in view while playing and in the evening the golden sunset over the hill of Moritzhagen. Guest access Upon receipt of your booking, we will write to you. You will receive the current code to open the key safe next to the front door of the booked house by email about 5-10 days before departure. Other things to note Our houses have permanently installed mosquito screens. In high summer it is advisable on Rügen to use a mosquito repellent spray outside during the sunset.
