The master bedroom and en-suite in my home is set up as a private Airbnb room. It has its own car parking area, entrance door, and kitchenette. I live in the rest of the house. So its like staying in your own motel room but without that usual bland and touristy motel feeling. The space The house is about 10 years, so a modern fully insulated house, which is clean and tidy. The room has a kitchenette. So a sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls and cutlery. So you can do basic cooking, re-heat food, prepare cold food, have takeaways and make breakfast in the morning etc. There is 1 queen size bed. There is also a single mattress for a third person to stay (a third person is $20 extra). A dog lives at the property. She doesn't go into the Airbnb room and is enclosed behind a fence, so you won't have to interact with her. But you can if you want to - you just need to go into the main part of the back yard through the gate. Dari Dog is a very friendly border terrier. Guest access You have full use of the master room, the car parking area and an area of garden. You can also use the additional fenced area of the garden if you want to interact with the dog and if you want to put washing on the line. The washing machine is in the garage. There is a key on the tray above the microwave that opens the garage door near where you park. The entrance is via the car parking area. Park your car down between the garage wall and fence, and then walk beyond the car and turn right. When you park the car, you'll be next to the garage single access door. The door to the private room is a bit further beyond there.
