La Viña Country House

Casa rural La Viña is located in the center of Andalusia. It is a two-story house, with an 80m2 living room with fireplace, 7 bedrooms, each with bathroom and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, patio with pool and barbecue. *NOTE: Ask about minimum stay, for holidays, long weekends and high season (Easter, Summer and Christmas). The space Casa Rural La Viña is located in the geographical center of Andalusia. It is a newly built house that has a total of 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and heating. The rooms are located on the top floor of the house, while on the ground floor there is a large 80 m2 living room equipped with a fireplace, bar with freezer and bottle racks, dishwasher and toilet. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen. The outside has a pool, porch and barbecue area, which includes a griddle, fryer, sink, and beer tap. Guest access Our accommodation has a courtyard where the pool is located, surrounded by plants and flowers, with areas to eat and sunbathe. It also has a small chill-out area to spend summer nights. We have parking for our customers. Other things to note The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Palenciana, a 5-minute walk from it. With reference to the geographical situation, we are in the south of the province of Córdoba, bordering that of Malaga, therefore, it is close to both Andalusian provinces.
