★ Hey! We are LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES. We have been managing short-term rentals in Playa Las Canteras since 2010. Our excellent ratings speak for us. ★ We renovated and began managing these three apartments in June 2026. ★ The 3 apartments are studio type, have a terrace and are located in a building called MARSIN PLAYA. ★ MARSIN 107 and MARSIN 403 are right on Playa Las Canteras. ★ MARSIN 210 has a side view of Las Canteras Beach. The space ★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES accommodations, the kitchens are very well equipped to make cooking and eating inside the property comfortable. ★ As with all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES accommodations, each apartment includes: - Fast and stable Wi-Fi from Movistar. - Self check-in with electronic lock. You can check in late at night without a problem. - 2 comfortable beach chairs - 1 umbrella - 2 sets of snorkel - 1 beach towel per guest - 2 sets of bath towels per guest - 1 yoga mat - 200 ml of soap and 200 ml of shampoo in the bathroom - Washing machine - ½ liter of washing machine detergent - Free early check-in and late check-out, on demand and subject to availability. ★ To access the MARSIN building, you have to climb 9 steps. ★ The 3 apartments have a maximum capacity for 2 people. They are not suitable for babies or children under 6 years of age. We don't have a crib or high chair for these apartments. ★ We do not provide SHEET AND TOWEL CHANGE service. ★ For stays of 14 nights or less, you can hire an optional low-cost cleaning service. ★ For stays longer than 14 nights, hiring A CLEANING SERVICE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS (30 EUR in total) is mandatory. ★ It is imperative to respect the neighbors' peace, so we require a very low noise level, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Failure to comply with these rules may result in cancellation of the stay. ★ We apply increasing discounts based on the number of weeks (already included). ★ Traveling alone? We offer you a discount. Do your search for 1 and 2 people and check the price difference. ★ The neighborhood has a wide range of cafes with WiFi, supermarkets and coworking spaces within walking distance. During your stay ★ LIVING LAS CANTERAS ensures that interpersonal contact is limited to what is strictly necessary. Thanks to the implementation of self check-in, guests will not need to meet us upon arrival. But don't hesitate: we'll be available 24/7 during your stay! ★ BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, we will send you detailed instructions so that you can check yourself in, as well as our house rules and a list of recommendations for restaurants and super useful activities. MANDATORY GUEST ★ INFORMATION In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, before arrival it is mandatory to access our Guest Portal and provide this information: personal details of each guest (full name, gender, date of birth, nationality and full address; in the case of minors, also the relationship with the accompanying adult), contact details (phone and email) and a valid ID (ID card, tie or passport). ★ THE RULES OF the HOUSE Para LIVING LAS QUARTERAS HOMES, the good coexistence with the neighbors is paramount. The building is residential, so we ask for maximum collaboration in compliance with the following rules: the Ordinance of the City of Las Palmas de G.C. establishes that the noise that a neighbor perceives BETWEEN 10:00 PM and 8:00 am cannot exceed 25dB IN BEDROOMS and 30dB IN OTHER STAYS; normal conversation = 40-50 dB; doors, furniture drag = 70dB; to these dB you have to subtract what walls, ceilings and windows brake. ★ SMOKING is strictly PROHIBITED on the entire property and in all common areas of the building. ★ We are not responsible for noise caused by UNREPORTED CONSTRUCTION by neighbors. ★ Access to the building is not allowed while WET OR WITH SAND from the beach. ★ Our homes have been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy them to their fullest potential. We ask that you treat them with care and dedication so that future guests can enjoy them in the same way. Thank you very much! ★ NO INTERMEDIARIES To book any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT INFORMATION on the reservation be those of one of the guests. ★ Hygiene and DISINFECTION measures The cleaning and disinfection procedures of our homes have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning team and our guests. Our cleaning equipment only uses authorized disinfectants; always clean light switches, lamps, window cabinets and handles, door knobs, handles, handles, remote controls, appliances, electronics, and any products made available to our guests; carefully wash dishes and cutlery, including clean dishes and cutlery, with hot water; deeply disinfect items that could be easily contaminated (toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.); wash sheets and towels at high temperature, including clean ones; clean cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.); sterilize the two sets of keys and/or smart lock and keyboard; and double-check your checklist before going off.
