All the touch points like switches, knobs, door handles, lockbox, keys, sofa, desk, chairs are sprayed with alcohol based sanitiser. Self checkin process and self check-out to minimise any contact and ensure you are safe. The space Living room - Has 3 seater sofa, with center table. It is minimalist and elegantly designed. Spilt air conditioner is avaialble. Dining - wall mounted wooden dining table. Kitchen - has 2 inductions, with induction friendly cookware. Basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper is provided. Kitchen also has a microwave, RO Purifier, Refrigerator, etc. Dish washing liquid, dustbin bags, are provided. Bedroom - has a 32 inch smart TV, aircon, wardrobe with hangers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Extra bed sheets are provided for long stays. Bathroom - has basic toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, handwash and Geyser for hot water. Guest access Private entry to the entire apartment. Elevator access. 24/7 security. Other things to note No Parking on premises. You can park your car/bike around the street. There is an odd/even rule for parking. Society rules do not allow delivery personnel (Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo, etc.) inside the premises after 8:00 PM. You can still place orders — simply meet delivery partners at the society gate for pickup after 8 PM. Complimentary cleaning every 3rd day, daily cleaning charges are INR 200.
