Casa Valle Niza is a beautiful house on the coast of Almayate Bajo (near Torre del Mar). The beach is within walking distance. Our vacation home is located in a private urbanization with a large communal swimming pool and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room. The spacious roof terrace with outdoor kitchen and BBQ offers you a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. It is a place for people who love sun, sea and beach in a quiet area. The space Casa Valle Niza is located in a nice and quiet private urbanization on the coast of Almayate Bajo (near Torre del Mar). The typical Andalusian homes are carefully distributed throughout the urbanization and each have a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, the beach of Almayate and the mountains. The urbanization has a large communal swimming pool with plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool is fully fenced for children. In addition, you can enjoy the common areas of our neighboring urbanization, including a gym and paddle area and a children's pool and playground for the little ones. Casa Valle Niza has a spacious and bright living area on the ground floor with dining and sitting area and a modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Air conditioning, television and WiFi are provided. In addition, there is a separate toilet. Outside, there is a breakfast terrace on one side of the house. On the other side, you have your own parking space. Upstairs on the first floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master suite (queen size bed 160 x 200) has its own balcony and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The other 2 bedrooms (1 with queen size bed 160 x 200 and the other with 2 single beds) share the second bathroom with shower. Bed linens and towels are provided. Upstairs there is a spacious roof terrace/solarium with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains and a BBQ area. A lovely place to enjoy your day in the evening. Casa Valle Niza is an idyllic place just 500 meters from Almayate Beach. This is one of the longest pristine beaches of the Mediterranean where you can still enjoy the sun, sea and beach in peace. Here you can completely relax and enjoy a carefree Andalusian vacation. Guest access The entire house is available to our guests.
