Newly built family house is rented only for nice, reliable and demanding people or family. There are 2 children bedrooms,1 bedroom with a private bathroom for the parents and a huge living room with kitchen and dining room. There is a nice backyard with the barbecue, ping pong table and basketball. The terrace is partly covered, so you can use it, when it rains. We rent out  our house, when we are away from home. The space The proximity of Lake Omsk and the quiet, calm environment make it unique. Guest access The guest can use the whole house instead of the office.
