The upstairs part of the house comprises double bedroom ,separate bathroom , lounge with woodburner, TV. Ideal location for visits to Newcastle, 15/20 mins to Royal Co Down + Ardglass GC 10mins The space Ideal for Business Guests, Golfers, Walkers, Cyclists, History/Culture, Game of Thrones Followers .....Winterfell is 15 mins away! Wedding guests at "The Mill" and race goers. The lounge has sofabed which can by prior notice be made up if 2 separate sleeping areas are required.
