Lothlorien of Flagstaff (Private Suite)

A private suite in a quiet neighborhood. A great place to rest from your Northern Arizona adventures! With easy access to Snowbowl, Grand Canyon, and Wupatki/Sunset Crater and within walking and biking distance to the Mount Elden trails. There is free off-street parking and a shared deck and backyard. Families are welcome, if you need more beds for kiddos than are listed just send a message and lets work something out. A selection of guide books to local destinations are available for your use! The space Off-street parking, a shared deck/backyard. We are hoping to completely re do the back yard in deck in the summer of 2022. Until then it is nothing fancy but the porch is covered. There is a table chairs, some yard toys and a trampoline that you are free to use. The guest suite is attached to the back of the main house you will have a private entrance with a keypad entrance. Guest access Your suite is private however, the backyard and patio are shared you might see us or our son outside playing and enjoying the outdoors. Other things to note The guest suite is attached to the back of our home with doors leading into the kitchen and laundry room they will be locked during your stay to ensure your privacy. The suite also shares a wall with our kitchen and dining room. We have four white noise machines to reduce the noise however kitchen sounds might be audible. We are a young family. We have an amazing and energetic little boy who loves to play in the backyard. We love listening to music, watching movies, playing outdoors and hosting our friends as well as our son's. Our house can be a little noisy at times to be completely honest. We do honor quiet time from 9pm-7am to provide guest with a restful night's sleep. If the noise is ever bothersome please reach out and let us know. We also have a dungeons and dragons group that meets at our place every Tuesday from 7-11 pm. We block Tuesday’s for this reason but if you would like to stay with us and are okay with a little extra noise send us a message.
