The eco-cottage is surrounded by nature in the heart of 4 hectares nestled by the river, with a shared covered natural pool open from mid-late May to early September, a terrace and a wooden table. The house offers a main room with a large kitchen, a bedroom for 2, and a cozy mezzanine with 2 single beds. We are biodynamic winemakers. Close to Minerve, Canal du Midi, Gorge d'Héric, Carcassonne... A place of peace and relaxation. From 5 nights in summer. The space This natural cottage is a cocoon of sweetness that will allow you to recharge your batteries, find a place of peace, beauty. Lovers of walks, you will be delighted. Arrangements by the river to enjoy its serenity. The pool is filtered with salt, naturally. During the fall and winter only (reservation at least 4 days in advance), we offer the option of healthy, gourmet, meat-free dinners made from seasonal, local, or garden-grown organic produce. They are brought to you at the gîte :) "Joie de Vivre" Large mixed salad (summer) or full meal soup (autumn-winter), dessert and bread made from heirloom wheat. 13 euros per person. "Replenishment" A treat between the starter and the aperitif - Dish - Dessert - Bread. 18 euros per person. Meal reservations will also depend on our schedule. Thank you for your understanding. You can accompany your meal with a beer or a glass of wine for 3 euros or a bottle of wine for 12 euros. Beers and wines are made naturally and with care and a lot of Love by Julien ;) It is possible to include a massage session during your stay with our friend Céline, who comes here. Guest access You will have access to the entire house overlooking a large terrace. The 4-hectare site, the shared pool (summer), the riverbanks, the small corners for napping will open their arms to you. The pool is shared with us and the "La Libellule" gîte. Each family truly has its own privacy and space. Other things to note As the eco-cottage is built using natural, local, and, for some, delicate materials, we kindly ask everyone to treat it with respect. The cottage is without shoes indoors. The house is connected to a phyto-purification system. We will provide you with natural care and maintenance products as much as possible. Next to our accommodation, there is the “Buffet de la Montagne,” where you can find natural wines and delicious beers from the Domaine, chestnut creams, and more.
