Medieval Tower in Tuscany
Description
Batignano is a small village surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Located between Grosseto and Siena, near the highway exit, it is perfect for exploring all of Tuscany: sea, mountains and cities of art. The space This ancient building dates back to the Middle Ages, when it was used to defend the village. The entrance arch to the city was destroyed during World War II, but you can still enjoy the part that will be your terrace. In May 2017, the Tower was subjected to work to make it more comfortable and eco-friendly. Double glazed windows (also excellent for reducing noise), air conditioning (which also works as heating in winter), induction hob and a brand new 100-liter water heater have been installed. The building's energy consumption draws entirely from renewable energy. Guest access The house is equipped with an original raised fireplace (not working) and modern comforts such as an induction stove, washing machine, television, coffee machine, etc. We recommend breakfast on the terrace, a real experience on beautiful summer mornings. Other things to note IMPORTANT: if linen (sheets and towels) is required, we ask for an extra 6 euros per guest. In addition, since we installed the air conditioning, we read the electricity meter with guests on arrival and departure together with guests. Only in the case of obviously abnormal consumption will a payment be requested. Registration Details IT053011C2LEYNFO5M
