A 3-bedroom townhouse with Scandinavian interior located in a gated and secured (24/7) subdivision. Located nearby: supermarket, gas station w/ 24H convenience store, hospital, and multiple food establishments. For more than 4 guests, please read more about the space. Rosa N-bound Exit ●less than 1km from Enchanted Kingdom (<5min drive) ●8km from Nuvali, Solenad, S&R, and Vista Mall (10min drive) ●26km to Tagaytay (40 min drive) ●36km from NAIA (40 min drive) The space You will be on a gated premise in a gated subdivision and you have the whole house for yourself, including a parking space for 2 cars. The Scandinavian interior of the house was carefully designed for maximum space and comfort. We have currently 3 available bedrooms (1 bed per room). For more than 4 guests, we will maximize the floor space of the bedrooms with extra mattresses. There is a small public pool for kids inside the subdivision that you can use with no additional fee. Multiple food establishments are located nearby (most are in Waltermart and the gas station nearby): -Jollibee -McDonald's -Mang Inasal -Bon Chon -Tropical Hut -Shakey's -Greenwich -Kuya J's -Andok's -7-11 -and many others! Guest access You have access to the whole house and a small public kiddie pool. For security purposes, an identification would have to be presented at the entrance. The subdivision is very strict that only guests whose names were provided will be allowed entry to the premises. No undisclosed visitors please. If you plan to have visitors coming over, pls let us know. It will entail additional security and cost for us. Other things to note While basic amenities are provided, cooking is not allowed but a rice cooker, a microwave and an electric kettle are available at your disposal. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood though so food will not be a problem!
