The spacious apartment on the ground floor of a cozy two-family house offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Just a 25-minute drive from the center of Vienna, you can enjoy the perfect combination of proximity to the city and rural tranquility. Shared use: entrance, garden, swimming pond. Street parking. Dogs are welcome for a fee. The space Welcome to our cozy and spacious apartment with a nice garden view! Spanning approximately 85 square meters, including a charming winter garden (please note that it is not heated in winter), you’ll find a bright and welcoming living and dining area with a generous kitchenette. The living space (approx. 45 m²) features a comfortable seating area (sleeping space for one person), perfect for relaxing evenings. The apartment offers two separate bedrooms, ideal for couples or families. The larger bedroom (approx. 16 m²) includes a comfortable double bed (180 cm wide), a dresser, and a clothes rack. The second bedroom, which can also be used as a children’s room (approx. 10 m²), is equipped with an extendable single bed (up to 140 cm), a small dresser, and a clothes rack. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, while the toilet is separate. Through the winter garden, you can access the garden and the refreshing natural pond, where you can fully enjoy nature. The apartment is ideal for 4 to 5 people and offers the perfect retreat after an eventful day in Vienna. Please note that the house entrance, garden, and natural pond are shared spaces. The use of the garden, and natural pond is reserved exclusively for our house guests. Street parking is also available. Dogs are welcome and can be brought along for a fee.
