This is a totally private room in my semi-detached house in Pembroke. It is like a studio apartment, having 1 bed, private ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. This room is on top roof, second floor., leading to a big relaxing terrace overlooking the sea. We are located in a quiet residential seafront area of Pembroke. 10 mins walk to the sandy beach and 5 mins walk to a rocky beach. 15 mins walk to the tourist hub of Paceville nd English teaching schools. 30 mins by bus to the university. The space Semi-detached house in a quiet residential area infront of the sea. 15 minutes away from Paceville, the nightlife centre of Malta and the English teaching schools. The family has been hosting for the past 12 years, hosting over 60 people per year. It is 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach of St George and 5 minutes walk to a rocky beach..Our house is also 30 minutes by bus to the University of Malta. The buses travel through our street, so it is easy to go round. Just round the corner you'll find a supermarket, magazine shop and pharmacy and butcher in the vicinity. We will always help you out. Guest access Guests have access to a a bed, a private en-suite bathroom and kitchenette and also to the big terrace up on the roof. Any type of smoking is allowed only by the gate in the driveway. Other things to note WIFI is provided. Just round the corner you find a minimarket and a magazine shop and further down a pharmacy. Laundry is done by the host on request to a small charge. Minimum Stay 7 nights. Maximum stay 90. nights. Always wear decent clothing in all inside and outside areas of the house. TOURIST MALTA GOVERNMENT TAX (ECO TAX) is paid to the host on arrival. It is 50 cents of a euro per night and capped up to 5 euros for stays over 10 nights. This is not included in the price.
