Unusual home a livable sculpture

The apartment is located on the terraced roof of our villa, with an independent entrance accessed from the garden of the villa. It has a living area, equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (king-sized bed) and a large terrace for the exclusive use of guests. Because of its unusual design, this accommodation is unsuited to those seeking a standard hotel room/apartment. About 10-15 times a year, a nearby music club hosts live concerts ending around midnight. Guest access A really unusual place in Rome. You are only 20 - 30 minutes away fron the city centre, and, at the same time, you have your own keys with an independent entrance from our main house. When the weather is good you can enjoy your breakfast in our private garden. You can enjoy tea or coffee as soon as you wake up ...... there is a boiler and a coffee machine and we provide tea and coffee. In a little frige you will find complimentary cold drinks. Bed linen and towels, pillows and duvet, shampoo, shower gel, handwash, hairdryer are provided. With our house you share only the main entrance to the garden. Therefore you have full privacy during your stay. Other things to note You have free access to all parts of the garden and if you so wish you can have your meals outside in the garden. You will have the keys to the garden entrance and to the guest house, so you have no problem in coming back any time of the day or night.
