Other things to note Please note that a 300 USD, or equivalent in other currency, security deposit is collected in cash at check-in. It will be returned at check-out after inspection of the property. We include 60 units of electricity per night. This is more than the average usage at full occupancy. If you use significantly more electricity during stay, cost of the extra units used will be deducted from the security deposit (at 6 Baht per unit).
